have graduated my higher education at the Technical University of
Varna in 1999. I am a member of Attorney’s College of Varna, I
specialize my work especially in the field of Trade Law, Real
Estates and proceeding representation, foreign investments. I offer
my legal services to a multitude of public and international
organizations, I have a wide spectrum of skills and great learning
of narrow specialized fields of Civil, Trade and Tax Law. My
essential priority and regular practice is increasing of my
qualification, knowledge and expert skills. I offer full assembly of
Law and Tax services for Bulgarian and foreign legal entities, their
branches and trade representative offices in Bulgaria. I offer also
highly professional consultations in different fields of Bulgarian
legislation – Trade, Civil and Tax Laws. I give consultations on
different forms of investments, legal presence in Bulgaria and
explanation of the relevant Laws. My motivation is to offer ways for
best achieving of the goals and maximum protection of the interests
of my clients, as well as, finding together with the client of
innovative and practical solution in the circumstances of the
